Hi all,

Well here we are all caught up in the holidays, a New Year just about ready to begin. I have been thinking about the parties most of us have New Years Eve, whether with just family or family and friends as well. I think most of us look to serve some type of buffet. This is perfect for that table. “HAPPY NEW YEAR” everyone and enjoy.

TANGY SIRLOIN STEAK STIR FRY
Serves 8 people

Ingredients:
4 lbs sirloin steak
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 ex large onion, sliced
4 tbls lemon juice
4 tbls Worcestershire sauce
2 tbls prepared mustard
1 large green bell pepper, sliced
1 large sweet red pepper, sliced
1 large yellow pepper, sliced

Garnish: fresh chopped parsley

Method:
Partially freeze steak, slice diagonally across grain into 1/4 inch strips.

Cook steak in butter in a large skillet over medium high heat, stirring constantly, until browned. Remove steak, reserve drippings in the skillet, set steak aside and keep warm.

Add onions and peppers to skillet drippings, cook over medium heat, stirring until tender.

Combine lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and mustard in a small bowl. Add to the skillet and add the steak with it. Cook until all is thoroughly heated.

Perfect to serve with white rice. (Buttered noodles not bad either)
Garnish, when ready to serve.
