Hi Everyone,
Brrrrrrrr…. I can say nothing but Brrrrr……. Seriously, I figure since it is now February it might be a good time to think of some good salads for lunch and supper as well. For me it is time to think of spring and summer and trying to get into shape (NOTICE key word here TRYING! Lol). This is as delicious as it is lovely to look at. ENJOY.
ASIAN PASTA SALAD
Serves 6 people

Ingredients:
1 pound bowtie pasta
1 cup water chestnuts
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup diced green onion
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup chow-mien noodles
1 cup teriyaki marinade and glaze
1 cup bamboo shoots
1 cup sugar snap peas
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 diced red pepper
16 oz. diced chicken breast
Method:
Combine all ingredients with the exception of the chow-mien noodles. Toss well and chill for 2 hours before serving.
Add chow-mien noodles as a garnish before serving to the top of the pasta salad or on the side for all to help themselves.
