How To Submit A Ticket To Support
Support really wants to help you, but they need your help as well! Here is how to submit a ticket and track the response:
1. Email support@bingodrome.com or submit a ticket through the ‘email support’ link on the Bingodrome homepage.
2. Make sure that your subject line is relevant and descriptive. e.g. ‘Puzzle 2 Feb’
3. Always remember to add your username so that support know who you are.
4. Once you have submitted your ticket, you will be sent a ticket receipt to your email address.
5. This receipt will have your ticket ID and a password that you will use to track your ticket, so make sure you keep it safe!
6. To track your ticket, simply follow the instructions in the email.
